There are two ways to secure your spot in class. Click on the above link and pay $10 per class/per person with a credit card or through your Paypal account. The other option is to bring $10 cash to class. Please contact me here with at least 24 hour notice prior to the class you would like to attend. People who can make the February 13th class will receive a free healthy delectable surprise in honor of Valentine's Day!
Please note: Blocks will be provided, but please bring your own mat. There will be a relaxing video on display during class to enhance your experience. I hope to see you soon!

YinYin yoga poses are meditative and restorative in nature. You hold a yoga pose for 1 to 2 minutes if you are a beginner, and 3-5 minutes if you have been practicing awhile. Yin postures are usually done on the floor and focus on the hips, spine, and tailbone. Accommodations are always available.

MeditationThis class will always begin with some type of meditation. I also sometimes like to include a guided meditation just before our resting pose, savasanah. Some types of Meditation I use include: Mindfulness, Counting meditation, Walking meditation, and loving kindness meditation.
I have personally benefited the most from utilizing various types of meditation in my life. I look forward to sharing these techniques with you as well! |
