What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is a type of Yoga that includes the following:
1. Short meditation
2. Warm up
3. Poses (also called asanas)
5. Floor poses
6. Final Relaxation (Savasanah)
You generally hold these poses for 3-5 breaths and practice focusing on your breath throughout the hour session in order to live more fully in the present moment.
How Can Yoga Help You?
Yoga can help you with relieving daily stress, allowing you to create internal peace and serenity. It also helps with strengthening your muscles and increasing flexibility. Yoga can be an exercise, or it can be much more. Yoga can also enable you to connect your mind, body, and soul with regular practice.
